Zona de Azar Belgium – Philip Easthill Leaves the General Secretariat of the ECA

“He successfully led the association for the past three years. He worked to strengthen the positioning of ECA in Brussels and beyond, and guarantee the association’s commitment to key issues in the sector, such as illegal gambling, money laundering and Corporate Social Responsibility. ”

In this way, The European Casino Association (ECA) highlighted the work of Philip Easthill as general secretary of the institution, a position he left at the beginning of September.

He also highlighted the role he played in improving the perception of the casino industry. He also pointed out that Easthill will continue his career as general secretary of the European Nautical Industry, “a position that begins immediately.”

“During his time at the ECA, Mr. Easthill showed high levels of professionalism, leading the interests of members and partners with commitment and dedication, achieving our goals and positioning the association as a key actor,” said Per Jaldung, president of the ECA.

Finally, the organization explained that the ECA has now implemented a new structure for its Secretariat. Veronika Tisold will act as executive director with the support of Hermann Pamminger as principal advisor.
