Brazil – March 11, 2025 | www.zonadeazar.com Bet365 has just announced a new update to its platforms. With this innovation, bettors will have an additional opportunity to place bets in the “Players” market.

With the new update, bettors who place a wager in the Players market will be able to keep their bet active even if the selected player is substituted. Previously, any wager placed in the Players market was considered lost if the action was not performed by the chosen player or if the player was substituted.

Now, if the selected player is substituted, the substitute player can complete the action, ensuring a positive outcome for the bettor. Here’s an example:

Let’s say a bet was placed on Vini Jr. to have more than 0.5 shots on goal in the second leg of Real Madrid vs. Atlético de Madrid, but Vini was substituted. With this update, the bet will still be valid for the player who replaces him, maintaining the possibility of a winning outcome.
