Maia has over 15 years of professional experience involving business structuring in Brazil, negotiating complex deals mergers and acquisitions. His work has a focus on contracts, techonology, Internet and Gaming regulations and tax planning.
He is advisor to national and foreign companies and individuals. Maia is invited speaker at IE – Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid, Spain, and at other national and international events. He was awarded by LiveWire with the Excellence in Gaming Awards 2016.
