The BRLOTTO Consortium is formed, in addition to NGT Brasil, by Skilrock Technology, Everymatrix, and MarjoSports, all with broad experience at a global level, and with cutting-edge technology for lottery operations.
The consortium congratulated the MAPA working group – Maranhão Partnerships – which made this project possible, due to its pioneering spirit, ethics, commitment and speed, implemented throughout the regulatory process.
“NGT Brasil had already had the honor of having its project selected for modeling the Lottery of the State of Maranhão, and now consolidates its strategy together with the other companies of the BRLOTTO Consortium by presenting the documentation to operate the lottery,” says the company on its social networks.
On the last day of November, the accreditation of companies in the concession of Lottery services in the State of Maranhão for the exploration of all authorized lottery modalities in physical and virtual media closed: State Lottery Numbered (passive type), Numerical Prognostic Lottery, Lottery of Specific Prediction, Sports Prediction Lottery, Instant Lottery and Fixed Odds Betting Lottery.
MAPA – Maranhão Partnerships opted for accreditation, as a way to guarantee the “plurality of interested parties and the indeterminacy of the exact number of providers sufficient for the adequate provision of the service, so that the more companies accredited to carry out the object, the better the public interest will be served.” This means that MAPA will accredit all interested companies that meet the requirements of the notice, with no limit on the number of participants.
MAPA will analyze the documentation required in the Notice and the interested party will receive the concession to explore all authorized lottery modalities, in physical and virtual media.
The concession will last for 20 years, counting from the publication of the extract of the contract in the Official Gazette. Pursuant to the Notice, interested parties may submit their respective Business and Game Plans for approval by MAPA’s Lottery Directorate soon after the advance payment of the grant and up to a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the end of the period of accreditation.
The accreditation period will be reopened every five years to enable new companies interested in performing lottery services in Maranhão to qualify for this purpose, in order to always guarantee the high competitiveness of the sector in the State.
