It’s safe to say there have been some surprises and upsets in the World Cup so far. England sailed through the group stage qualifiers and Germany and Spain are out of the competition, providing plenty for PokerStars Ambassadors Lex Veldhuis, Ben Spragg and Fintan Hand to discuss on their weekly talk show, which airs each Saturday during the competition.

Every day during the World Cup the three Ambassadors will discuss on their stream the matches of the day, possible bets, and lay down their own plans. A daily StarsCode will be announced to their audience that will reveal a challenge. If this is completed, the player will receive a ticket which provides access to a restricted weekly $2,000 minimum guaranteed freeroll on Sundays at 16:30 BST. The money the streamers win from their bets will be added to the prize pool.
The StarsCode will either reveal a BetStars ICE Challenge which involves placing a bet or, if BetStars is not available, playing ‘Match of the Day’ tournaments at PokerStars. Players who participate on different days will receive re-entry tickets to the freeroll.
