USA.- November 9th 2022 www.zonadeazar.com MGM Resorts has been named as a leading inclusion index company in the latest Seramount Inclusion Index for its efforts in promoting DI&E across its operations.

Named as one of 36 companies on the index, MGM was measured against three key areas: best practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of people from underrepresented groups; inclusive corporate culture, including leadership accountability; and demographic diversity for women and racial and ethnic minorities.

In the latest edition of the index, 175 companies applied to be in the index with the results displaying the ‘opportunities for organizations to target diversity and inclusion efforts for greater effectiveness’.

“We are honored to be recognized for our enduring commitments to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion throughout our company,” said MGM Resorts Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer Jyoti Chopra.

“Our continuous growth in this area furthers our determination to ensure the principles of diversity and inclusion remain a focus and integral part of our people strategy.”

Seramount is an organization for ‘diversity thought leaders’ to share ideas and develop methods to create cultural changes in companies to promote DI&E initiatives.

The 2022 Index found that 88% of companies provide learning and development opportunities for employee resource groups. Meanwhile, 89% of companies provide anti-racism training, 90% set diversity representation quotas, 67% compensate for DE&I results and 97% of companies have supplier diversity programs.
