The new initiative, which provides 360 degrees of expert service in areas ranging from demographic and regulatory analyses to slot optimization and casino design, can address fundamental questions that include:

• Sherry Amos – A Principal at Spectrum Gaming Hospitality Group, she is a veteran casino marketing professional with more than 28 years of experience in helping to build the gaming industry. Prior to joining Spectrum, Amos was the Corporate Vice President of Marketing at The Alicart Restaurant Group, Resorts Casino Hotel, and Tropicana Casino and Resort, overseeing the operations of marketing, database, public relations, digital marketing, advertising, entertainment, casino customer development, special events, and business planning divisions.
• Geoff Atkinson – Senior Data Analyst, Management Science Associates, a worldwide leader providing robust analytical services in numerous industries, including casino gaming. Atkinson has worked on multiple analyses dealing with the impact of new gaming technologies – VGTs in Illinois, digital gaming in New Jersey, and the proliferation of sports betting outside of Nevada. Before joining MSA, he worked as a mathematician and game designer for Konami Gaming, and taught a wide variety of math courses at Seton Hill University. • Michael Pollock – As Managing Director at Spectrum Gaming Group, he oversees a broad portfolio of services, including policy and impact studies for country, state and local governments, and financial and market studies for private-sector clients. Pollock began analyzing the casino industry in 1978 and served as spokesman for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission from 1991 through 1996. He has led Spectrum economic analyses in markets throughout North America, as well as in Latin America, Guam and Korea. Pollock earned his MBA, with high honors, from Rutgers University, and has served as a member of the adjunct faculty of New York University, Rutgers University, and Stockton University.
