CIBELAE – Iberoamerican Corporation of State Lotteries and Gambling – is a non-profit civil association of an international and non-governmental nature, created in 1988 and a member of the Executive Committee of the World Lottery Association (WLA).
CIBELAE reúne a reguladores de loterías de la región y empresas proveedoras reconocidas mundialmente.
En esta oportunidad, con enorme satisfacción, estamos celebrando el XVII Congreso bianual que nos complace participarle, que se llevará a cabo en en los salones del Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari de la ciudad de San José, Costa Rica, del 6 al 9 de Noviembre próximos.

On this occasion, with great satisfaction, we are holding the XVII biannual Congress that we are pleased to participate, which will be held in the halls of the DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari Hotel in the city of San José, Costa Rica, from 6 to November 9 next.
