Zona de Azar Brazil – Brazil: Court Orders Unblocking of Blaze Betting Website

Brazil.- May 6, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com  Judge Arielle Escandolhero Martinho of the Central Penal Forum Barra Funda DIPO 4 of the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo ordered the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL to notify telephone operators to unblock the website https://blaze.com/pt/.

The platform is represented by the law firm Avelar Advogados and MYLAW Advogados.

In September of last year, the National Telecommunications Agency – Anatel accepted the request of the São Paulo Justice to remove the website of the Blaze betting house throughout Brazil. The platform had been blocked by Judge Guilherme Eduardo Martins Kellner of the 2nd Court of Tax Crimes, Criminal Organization and Money Laundering of São Paulo.

In addition to blocking the website, the judge also ordered that the Instagram profile of influencer Juju Ferrari, who also promotes Blaze’s services, be removed. Source
