A tal fin, el Usuario deberá utilizar el medio de pago indicado. En este sentido, el Usuario reconoce y acepta que ZonadeAzar.com® se reserva el derecho de no brindar o entregar el producto y/o servicio contratado que no haya sido efectivamente cobrado por Alicia Perera titular de ZonadeAzar.com® Nro de RUC 449793.
Si el Usuario tuviese alguna duda referida al medio de pago elegido, la acreditación de la suma, o acerca de la utilización indebida de sus datos por parte de un tercero, podrá ponerse en contacto con Héctor Fontanella o Alicia Perera, cuya dirección de e-mail son alicia@zonadeazar.com o hontanella@zonadeazar.com o el número de teléfono whatsapp 5-639-4417.
El consumidor tiene derecho a revocar la presente operación comercial (por adquisición de cosas y/o prestación de servicios) durante el plazo de DOS (2) días corridos, contados a partir de la fecha en que se entregue la cosa o se celebre el contrato, lo último que ocurra, sin responsabilidad alguna, siempre y cuando no se hayan cumplido los servicios ofrecidos en el presupuesto aceptado. Esta facultad no puede ser dispensada ni renunciada. El consumidor comunicará fehacientemente dicha revocación al proveedor. Para ejercer el derecho de revocación el consumidor deberá informar al vendedor.

ZonadeAzar.com® y el Usuario se comprometen a intentar resolver en forma amistosa cualquier desacuerdo que pudiere surgir entre ellos, previo a acudir a la jurisdicción de los Tribunales Ordinarios de Ciudad correspondiente a la dirección legal de facturación.
