Interview

  • What innovative products or solutions is Belatra presenting at SBC Latinoamérica, and how do they specifically impact the regional market’s needs?

We will be presenting two new games for November: Pin Up and Tortuga CodeX.

One of the key features of these games is that we are offering them branded and customized for our clients.

Our constant focus on novelty and innovation revolves around understanding the themes of each country we serve in order to personalize the player experience, always aligned with local preferences.

Basically, we continue to intensify our understanding of each market in Latin America and specialize in each one.

  • What key strategies do you think have driven Belatra‘s growth in Latin America in recent years?

Our main strategy for the region, without a doubt, is being present in the region itself, with our specialized LATAM team.

Today, we have seven people in our office in Buenos Aires, where we serve all of Latin America, speaking Spanish, Portuguese, and English. We believe that this local relationship and market knowledge is our differentiating factor.

This, along with our presence at major industry trade shows — both with stands at most of them and as visitors at several others — allows us to stay close to our clients and the market.

  • What specific achievements in your role as Commercial Director reflect the success of your efforts to consolidate Belatra’s presence in the region?

Our main achievements in 2024, without a doubt, include expanding Belatra’s presence across all of Latin America. We can now share that we are present in over 15 countries, we have doubled our plays and clients, and we have plans for 2025 to continue increasing our market presence across the region.

  • What is your vision for Belatra’s future in Latin America, and what short- and medium-term objectives have you set?

Our vision for 2025 is to continue growing steadily in each Latin American market. We aim to reach over 30 countries with our content.

In 2025, our focus will also be on new regulations in countries such as Peru and Brazil. In Brazil, for example, we aim to have a strong presence at key industry fairs, with a team on the ground, staying close to our clients and growing our footprint in the Brazilian market.

We definitely see 2025 as a year of great challenges and opportunities in Latin America, and we’re very excited to rise to the occasion and meet our objectives.

  • How has Belatra strengthened and evolved its relationships with partners and clients over the years, and what tangible benefits have you seen from these partnerships?

We place great importance on our relationships with clients, seeing them as a fundamental pillar of our business. The decision Belatra made many years ago to establish an office and team in the region — initially for land-based business and later for online gaming — has allowed us to stay in constant contact, listening to our clients who operate the business and run our content.

The feedback from users of our games has been invaluable in helping us make decisions and improve the development of our content.

At the end of the day, we believe that our success is built on our relationships with partners and clients.

I’d like to take this opportunity to send a warm greeting to the entire Zona de Azar audience, expressing our gratitude for their continued support and wishing everyone much success.
