AstroPay sponsored rising tennis star Francisco Cerundolo in the final rounds of the Miami Open.

The 23-year-old Argentine tennis player wore a cap bearing the payment provider’s logo when he faced Norway’s Casper Ruud in his semifinal match, which he lost 6-4, 6-1.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Cerundolo has set multiple career records during this year’s Miami Open, which has seen his professional ranking soar from 103rd to 51st during the competition.

His Norwegian opponent, meanwhile, is also 23 years old and has been named one of the most promising young players of his generation, ranked number eight in the world and with several ATP titles to his credit.
