Zona de Azar Brasil – Brazil: Betting Companies That Can Continue Operating Until the End of 2024

Brazil.- October 10, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com The Secretary of Prizes and Bets updated, this Tuesday (10/8), the list of companies, along with the brands and domains where they can explore counter-betting nationally until December 31, 2024 (National List). Currently, there are 96 companies with 210 bets, respectively. The state lists have 18 companies.

The inclusion of companies on the national list came after clarifying issues identified during the authorization process, which, once resolved, allows them to be considered as companies in the adjustment period, in accordance with Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,475, of 2024.

Additionally, the SPA updated the list of legal entities authorized by the states to operate counter-betting within their territories, in accordance with Article 35-A of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, whose brands and internet domains have been reported to the Ministry of Finance to date.

It is worth noting that the states themselves are fully responsible for their authorization decisions, which must comply with federal legislation.

Attention: In the national list, there are now 96 companies with 210 bets, respectively. The state lists have 18 companies.
