Zona de Azar Brasil – Brazil: BMM Testlabs is Recognized to Certify Online Betting
Brazil.- April 17, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com BMM Spain Testlabs, SLU, was officially recognized in an ordinance published in the Official Gazette of the Union, edition 73, this Tuesday (16).
According to Ordinance SPA/MF nº 603, of April 15, the Ministry of Finance, through the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, formalized the issue.
Furthermore, following the guidelines of Decree No. 11,907 of January 30th of this year, and Ordinance MF-SPA/MF No. 300 of February 24th, the Substitute Secretary of Prizes and Bets, Simone Vicentini attested to the company’s operational capacity.
Therefore, this authorization grants the company the status of certifier of betting systems, live gaming studios and online games, aimed at fixed-odd betting lottery operators.

SPA/MF ORDINANCE No. 603, OF APRIL 15, 2024
“THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETS SUBSTITUTES THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the use of the powers conferred on it by art. 55, item I, item “d”, of Annex I of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, considering the provisions of item I of art. 4th of Ordinance MF-SPA/MF nº 300, of February 24, 2024, resolves:
Art. 1 Recognize the operational capacity of the company BMM Spain Testlabs, SLU., as a certifying entity for betting systems, live gaming studios and online games to be used by fixed-odd betting lottery operators.
Single paragraph. The recognition referred to in the caput will be valid for a period of three years, as long as the conditions of legal qualification, tax and labor regularity, suitability and technical qualification demonstrated in the files of SEI Process No. 14022.023643/2024-63 are maintained, according to the SEI Technical Note No. 934/2024/MF, pursuant to art. 17 of Ordinance MF-SPA/MF nº 300, of February 24, 2024.
Art. 2 This Ordinance comes into force on the date of its publication.
