Brazil – June 4, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com After much and hard work by the Ministry of Finance team, the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) published the first ordinances that regulate the counterpart betting industry in Brazil, in accordance with Law No. 14,790 of 2023.

Interested operators have 90 days to submit their requests to the SPA if they wish to receive a response from the SPA this year.

Join us at a public event where we will discuss the main legal and commercial aspects that operators, suppliers and fixed-odds betting service providers in the industry must consider under the new regulation.
