Late on Monday, the 7th, Esportes da Sorte released an official statement regarding its connection to Loterj. Below is the full statement.

“The Esportes da Sorte Group has confirmed and validated operating authorization from Loterj, and therefore receives approval from the regulatory agency to operate for an initial period of five years. In addition, the group is applying for a license from SPA/MF and is awaiting, in the coming days, the approval of an additional license following an administrative appeal, due to the strict compliance with all legal and regulatory processes established by legislation and its respective ordinances. The Esportes da Sorte Group reaffirms its commitment to the regulation of the sector and responsible gaming, supporting the legal and ethical market in order to protect consumers.”

Loterj Also Released an Official Statement

Rio de Janeiro, October 7, 2024 – LOTERJ informs that Esportes Gaming Brasil, owner of the Esportes da Sorte brand, has become the controlling partner of ST Soft Desenvolvimento de Programa de Computadores Ltda, the owner of the Apostou.com platform, which has been accredited by LOTERJ since November 2023. Due to the corporate changes, ST Soft requested authorization to replace the current domain (rj.apostou.com) with new ones (esportesdasorte.com and onabet.com), while maintaining the conditions required for operation.

After reviewing the documentation, LOTERJ verified that the company fulfilled the legal requirements, including Legal Capacity, Fiscal and Labor Compliance, Economic-Financial Qualification, and Technical Qualification, as well as presenting the required certificates of integrity.
