Brazil.- 24th May 2024 www.zonadeazar.com On Wednesday, May 22, the president of LOTERJ, Hazenclever Lopes Cançado, and vice president Fabíola Esteves met in the morning with Marzia Turrini, Global President Digital, Security & Inspections at BMM Testlabs, and at the end of the day with Valter Delfraro Junior, Government Relations and Business Development Executive, Brazil at GLI (Gaming Laboratories International, LLC).

BMM and GLI are laboratories that test and certify the gaming and lottery industry. Inspection and certification ensure the compliance and integrity of games.

The international market requirements for the certification of betting houses, as well as security requirements and aspects, were some of the topics discussed in the meetings.

Hazenclever Lopes stated that the certification by excellent laboratories will further qualify LOTERJ as the best option in the country for companies to become accredited, aiming to provide more security to gaming operations.

“We do not want to hinder the operations of betting houses, but to have more secure criteria to be the most credible and regulated brand in the Brazilian market. The idea is to establish a technical cooperation agreement with laboratories to improve LOTERJ’s regulation, helping to protect the player and ensuring the quality of the platforms accredited by LOTERJ,” he emphasized.
