Zona de Azar Chile – Chile: Enjoy Presents its Judicial Reorganization Plan to the Court

Chile.- May 22, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com  Enjoy SA has presented a judicial reorganization proposal to court number 8 of Santiago de Chile, which will be put to a vote at the meeting of creditors on June 18, 2024.

As the company has communicated to the market, this proposal seeks to ensure the operational continuity of Enjoy, allowing it to continue generating income to meet its financial obligations and maintain its commitments to employees, suppliers, customers, shareholders and the communities where it operates.

Enjoy employs directly and indirectly, through its various subsidiaries, more than 5,300 workers throughout Chile. In addition, it collaborates with more than 1,100 suppliers, which in turn generate more than 50,000 jobs in various regions of the country.

Yesterday, Enjoy SA (ENJOY: BSX) shares closed at 0.5010 pesos per share, which represents a decrease of 1.96% compared to Friday.
