Zona de Azar Malta – Gaming Innovation Group Extends Service Contract with Betsson

Malta.- February 14, 2022 www.zonadeazar.com Gaming Innovation Group (GIG) and Betsson Group have signed a three-year extension to their long-standing partnership, which includes the provision of customer service and platform management.

GIG, a cloud-based technology provider operating out of Malta, originally signed an agreement with Betsson in April 2020. Its platform has served Betsson’s Rizk, Guts, Kaboo and Thrills brands since then, as well as providing customer service and data analytics as part of GIG’s Platform & Managing Services product suite.

Richard Brown, CEO, GIG, commented: “We are extremely pleased to extend our partnership with Betsson Group for the coming years. It has been a key internal target as part of our transition into a pure B2B focus over the last 18 months.

“The partnership will support and help to drive the two businesses’ growth in existing and new markets, increasing the diversification and market opportunities for both Betsson and GIG.”
