Zona de Azar Spain – FC Barcelona to Elevate the fan Experience With Ticketing Partner “Fever”
Spain.- August 06, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com FC Barcelona are looking at new ways to enhance the fan experience at the Spotify Camp Nou alongside new ticketing technology partner Fever.
The La Liga club has partnered with Fever for the next five years and will work with the online ticketing firm across Barcelona events, activities and other exclusive content.
Barcelona has stated it is constantly seeking to “adopt new technology to improve the experience of fans and members who come to visit the future Espai Barça”, with Fever now on board to help give fans access to faster ticket sales.
With its multiple payment systems, both national and international, Fever’s main goal is to facilitate buying match tickets, tickets for events and all types of experiences related to the club.
Juli Guiu, FC Barcelona Marketing Area Vice President, said: “This agreement with Fever strengthens FC Barcelona’s commitment to transforming its facilities into an international hub of innovation and adopting revolutionary technology to offer a unique experience with a great range of opportunities for members and fans who come to the future Espai Barça.
“This is also one of the key areas that FC Barcelona wishes to build on with regards to the refurbishment of Spotify Camp Nou, to have a personalised, 100% Barça experience worthy of the best team in the world.”
Furthermore, Fever will implement their advanced technology to optimise the sales process, including systems of personalised recommendations and a more intuitive, safe and rapid purchase experience.
Exclusive content will be developed so fans will have access to unique experiences, making it easier to go to games and various events that take place at the club’s facilities.
