Zona de Azar Sweden – Fast Track Integrates Gameplay Risk Engine Greco

Sweden.- January 23, 2023 www.zonadeazar.com Customer relationship management (CRM) provider Fast Track has added gameplay risk engine Greco to its service.
Fast Track partners will now be able to use Greco’s services to improve player segmentation and improve efficiency, according to the CRM provider.

Essentially, clients will be able to leverage Greco to facilitate the automation of player communications to deter players at the first sign of any dubious behaviour.

The addition of Greco adds another tool in Fast Track’s armoury, which it says helps operators to “innovate and grow.”

Greco CEO and Co-Founder Ozric Vondervelden said: “This integration marks an important milestone in our long-term strategic partnership with Fast Track.

“This integration provides our joint partners with a seamless process for acting on our insights.”

Fast Track CEO and Co-Founder Simon Lidzén added: “We have been following the development of the platform very closely and are extremely pleased to be able to offer Greco’s Gameplay Risk Engine to our partners. Our partners can now put gameplay analysis and player risk management on autopilot”.

In 2022, Fast Track partnered with Snabbis, a Swedish operator. Per the deal, Fast Track provided Snabbis with a solution that would enable them to offer engagement experiences throughout a player’s lifecycle.
