Zona de Azar U.K – Rangers FC Extends Partnership with Kindred Group

U.K.- September 25, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com  Rangers Football Club has announced the extension of its partnership with the Kindred Group, owner of the Unibet and 32Red brands in the UK. This renewal marks a decade of collaboration.

The new sponsorship agreement brings significant changes:

  • The Unibet brand will now appear on the front of the main team’s jerseys.
  • 32Red, the previous main sponsor, will continue its support as the sponsor of the training and warm-up kits.

Karim Virani, Rangers’ Commercial Director, expressed his excitement: “Everyone at the club is absolutely delighted to extend our long-standing partnership with the Kindred Group. This partnership is the longest of its kind in British football – and has greatly benefited the club throughout its duration.”

The Agreement Between Kindred and Rangers Goes Beyond the Pitch

The partnership extends beyond the field, funding crucial initiatives like Team Talk, a men’s mental health program by the Rangers Charity Foundation.

Virani emphasized: “More importantly, we’d like to thank them for their continued vital support of the club’s foundation, especially through the Team Talk mental health initiative. The health and well-being of our local community is very important to us and to Kindred.”

He added: “We’re all looking forward to the opportunity to continue driving new initiatives that will benefit both our supporters and the people of Glasgow.”

Responsible Gaming as a Priority

The Kindred Group reaffirms its commitment to responsible gaming through the “Zero% Mission” initiative. This message will appear on the new jerseys, highlighting the company’s ambition to achieve 0% revenue from harmful gambling.

Sam Mead, General Manager of the Kindred Group in the UK, commented: “Kindred’s partnership with Rangers is the longest in British football and one of the most impactful.

“Rangers is a club with a rich history, and it has a passionate and loyal fan base – so we are very happy to partner with the team once again.”

Mead added: “We join the fans in wishing the team the best for the current season. We hope that it will be yet another successful season.”

Regarding the commitment to the community, Mead stated: “We recognize that we are in a privileged position to support clubs and their communities. It’s a responsibility we take very seriously.”

“That’s why, since we began working with Rangers, the foundation of the partnership has always been to showcase the extensive work of the Rangers Charity Foundation, which is so important – including the Team Talk men’s mental health initiative. This fantastic work will continue throughout our latest partnership,” he concluded.
