UK.- December 14th 2022 www.zonadeazar.com Hillside Technology bet365’s technology company is expanding its software testing academy to Manchester.

The academy aims to expand bet365’s reach into both traditional and non-traditional job markets, with recruiters focusing on core competencies rather than experience.

It is now accepting applications and looking to hire up to 10 testers. Evaluation dates are confirmed for February 21st and 22nd for a March/April launch date.

bet365 aims to inspire both those already considering a career in technology and those who have not considered one in the past but have the skills to succeed at it. The company will assess five core competencies considered critical to software testing. This includes communication, attention to detail, prioritization, knowledge retention and analytical skills.

Successful applicants begin by participating in a training program supported by mentors from the testing teams. The training combines theory with hands-on, hands-on learning in active technical projects and covers both the fundamentals of software testing and an overview of key areas such as functional and regression testing, Jira, qTest and test design.
