Bill Miller is the President and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA), the premier trade group representing the U.S. casino gaming industry.

Leading the AGA since 2019, Miller has advanced industry priorities such as strengthening responsible gaming, expanding legal gaming, and combating illegal gambling. Most notably during Bill’s tenure, the AGA successfully navigated the industry through the COVID-19 pandemic, supported gaming’s record-setting recovery, and guided the expansion of legal sports betting in the U.S.

His advocacy has elevated the AGA’s influence in Washington, D.C. and state capitals, marking a transformative period for the association and the American gaming industry.

David Forman
Vice President, Research

Forman leads the AGA’s research efforts and partnerships across the full spectrum of issues affecting the gaming industry.

Since joining the AGA in late 2017, Forman has expanded the association’s consumer research as well as launched long-term industry data tracking tools like the Commercial Gaming Revenue Tracker and Gaming Industry CEO Outlook to promote the gaming industry and position the AGA as an industry data center.
