USA.- April 19, 2023 www.zonadeazar.com Incognia, a California-based location identity company, has announced the launch of an integrated geolocation compliance and account security solution for the regulated US gaming market. This service is intended for digital operators, satisfies jurisdictional requirements, and protects player accounts.

Incognia is new to geolocation compliance for gaming; however, the company has previously used its technology for fraud prevention and account security throughout other industries.

To bring its new solutions to the gaming market, Incognia has worked with Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). The company underwent a functional review of how accurately and reliably it can verify player locations.

The GLI Attestation concluded that Incognia’s geolocation could detect “any attempt to alter location data, and accurately respond to the valid location data it received.”

Incognia’s solution combines location behavior and device intelligence to detect account takeover and identify suspicious activity or the use of GPS spoofing technologies like VPNs, emulators, root access and other ways of app tampering or device compromise.

Fraud prevention provided also includes the detection of multi-accounting, identity theft, bonus abuse, collusion, proxy betting and payment fraud.
