USA.- January 9th 2024 www.zonadeazar.com On Monday, Light & Wonder revealed the addition of Michael Marchetti to its board of directors.

This appointment comes after Light & Wonder acquired the remaining public shares of SciPlay Corporation, where Marchetti had previously served as a director in October.

Jamie Odell, Executive Chair of Light & Wonder, expressed enthusiasm about the new addition, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Michael to the Light & Wonder Board as a new independent director. Michael brings a wealth of experience in mobile gaming and a robust financial background, which will contribute to our ongoing efforts to maximize shareholder value.”

Marchetti boasts an extensive professional background with leadership roles in finance and the gaming industry. His impressive resume includes stints as the CEO of Buffalo Studios, Chief Financial Officer at Jamdat Mobile, and a notable tenure as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Age of Learning, Marchetti brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
