Zona de Azar USA – Everi Appoints Casino Executive Debra Nutton to Board of Directors

USA.- March 10th 2023 www.zonadeazar.com Everi Holdings this week announced the appointment of Debra Nutton to its board of directors beginning April 1, 2023. Nutton also was assigned to serve as a member of the board’s audit, nominating and governance, and compensation committees.

Currently an executive coach and gaming consultant, Nutton has four decades of experience in the gaming industry. Her experience includes serving as executive vice president of casino operations for Wynn Las Vegas from 2013 until 2018, where she consulted during the pre-opening of Encore Boston Harbor. Nutton then became an advisor to the pre-opening team at Resorts World Las Vegas, which opened in 2021.

Nutton also has worked for MGM Resorts as senior vice president of casino operations and was an original board member for the advocacy group Global Gaming Women. She also serves on the advisory board of the non-profit U-Ryze, which offers coaching to the under-served. In 2018 Nutton was honored by Global Gaming Women with the Great Women of Gaming Lifetime Achievement Award.

Nutton’s appointment fills a vacancy on the board, which is now composed of nine members.
