Zona de Azar Brazil – Inauguration of Fixed-Odds Betting Guidelines in Brazil: An Update from MYLAW

Brazil.- 22th December 2023 www.zonadeazar.com The Brazilian Minister of Finance signed on October 26 the Normative Ordinance No. 1,330/2023 to establish the general conditions for the commercial exploitation of the fixed-odds betting (in accordance with Law No. 13,756/2018).

The MYLAW team has prepared an update seeking to provide detailed and educational guidelines for betting houses on how to proceed with the advertising of fixed-odds betting, in compliance with the Ordinance.
