Australia.- May 9th 2022 www.zonadeazar.com Aquis Entertainment has revealed that business levels at its Casino Canberra during the last quarter from January 1 to March 31 have now returned to pre-covid levels.

The company’s Board of Directors stated: “During the quarter, the business was impacted by the acceleration in the number of Covid-19 cases in the ACT and its surrounding region with approximately 25% of the Casino workforce being affected early in the January. In February, the ACT Government relaxed the Covid-19 trading capacity restrictions, and Casino trading returned to pre-Covid normality, including staffing levels returning to normal.

Business revenues were strong for the quarter ended 31 March 2022 and trading results exceeded the budgeted EBITDA. Total expenditure during the quarter on business activities totalled $9.607m which includes $3.976m in payroll expenses and $5.631m in other operating expenses.
