USA.- April 5th 2021 www.zonadeazar.com Bristol Associates, Inc. in partnership with Spectrum Gaming Group conducted the 20th Annual Casino Gaming Executive Satisfaction Survey in the fall of 2020. The survey is an annual resource that gives casino professionals an opportunity to share their views on employers of choice, work satisfaction, and general opinions related to the industry. In 2020, the survey received a total of 1,064 unique responses from casino professionals primarily based in the United States.

Out of 34 brick and mortar casino companies, Seminole Hard Rock reclaimed the title of top employer by receiving 32.99% of first choice votes, surpassing Penn National Gaming, which received 20.11% of votes. Wynn Resorts placed third (7.14%), moving up from fourth place in 2019. In addition, 7.52% of casino executives chose “Other” as their first choice rather than selecting one of the listed properties, ranging from specifying Tribal casinos or smaller properties to simply not having a preferred choice. Out of 29 online gaming and sports betting organizations, Hard Rock Online Casino took the title of top employer of choice for the second time in a row with 16.64% of the votes, followed by Hollywood Casino/MyChoice Casino & Barstool Sports (12.97%) and DraftKings Sportsbook (8.36%). Added as a new option in the 2020 survey, 31.58% of respondents did not have an opinion when asked to choose their most preferred iGaming/sports betting organization. Respondents also had the opportunity to state their reasons for choosing their top employers. Common answers from the top three winners of both sectors include having an employee-oriented atmosphere, plenty of growth opportunities, being an established and reputable organization, and having an innovative and creative approach to their business.
