USA.- August 6th 2019 www.zonadeazar.com DraftKings has launched its third retail sportsbook in the United States with the opening of the DraftKings Sportsbook at del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, New York.

The 6,000 square-foot space features more than 1,000 square feet of LED video screens, including 16 single bay TV sets, odds boards and a scrolling ticker to display live score updates, stats, injury news and additional player information.

Bettors at the DraftKings Sportsbook at del Lago will have access to a variety of wagers, including live and in-play bets at the five ticket windows or 23 self-service betting kiosks. Bets can be placed on all major professional US sports, including NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, PGA, and NASCAR.

Four upstate New York casinos have been permitted to launch retail sportsbooks, with Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady taking the first legal sports bet on 16 July through its Rush Street Interactive-powered sportsbook.

This was followed by Tioga Downs Casino Resort in Nichols, which launched its retail sportsbook on 19 July in partnership with Flutter Entertainment-owned FanDuel. Earlier this month, Scientific Games launched two new retail sportsbooks for Oneida Indian Nation at the Turning Stone Resort in Verona and Point Place Casino in Bridgeport.

Online sports betting is not currently permissible in New York.
