Optimove and GOA Hold CRM and Gamification Masterclass

Brazil.- 3th December 2025 www.zonadeazar.com After bringing together industry professionals for a workshop on CRM and Gamification at the end of October, Optimove, creator of the Positionless Marketing concept and the #1 platform for iGaming player engagement, and the Gaming Operations Academy (GOA LatAm/Brazil) are launching their new joint initiative tomorrow: an online CRM and Gamification Masterclass, developed especially for the regulated iGaming market in Brazil.

The program will take place on December 3 and 4, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Brasília time), and combines two days of live content, bringing together theoretical fundamentals, practical exercises, and discussions led by experts from both organizations. The masterclass will be led by Cátia Santos, an instructor with solid experience in online gaming operations.

The Masterclass will address essential topics to increase the maturity and efficiency of CRM and marketing teams, including:

  • The Brazilian regulatory scenario applied to CRM
  • Player segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Campaign planning and offer calendar
  • Multichannel communication and key CRM metrics
  • Practical fundamentals of gamification
