At ICE Barcelona 2026, one of the most important gatherings on the global iGaming calendar, Pere Moliné, Head of Marketing Analytics at GiG, shared with Zona de Azar the company’s main innovations presented at this year’s show — all connected by a common thread: artificial intelligence applied in a real-world business context, operational efficiency and hyper-personalized player experiences.

🔹 GiG Assistant: operating the platform in seconds
The first innovation is the GiG Assistant, a tool that allows operators to interact directly with the entire platform — including the Sportsbook — through simple queries.
“It enables users to ask anything to the system, quickly access reports, create automated rules and save countless hours of operational work,” Moliné explained.
The assistant is designed to speed up decision-making and automate processes within minutes.
🔹 Excite: no-code frontend and rapid deployment
The second major innovation is Excite, an advanced frontend that enables operators to build and launch layouts without writing any code.
Thanks to this “no-code” solution, teams can design customized visual experiences and push them live quickly, delivering greater agility and commercial flexibility.
🔹 Recommendation engine 2.0: total personalization
The third innovation unveiled at ICE Barcelona is the upgraded game recommendation engine, now in its 2.0 version.
This technology allows operators to create fully personalized lobbies for each player and in every location, delivering experiences tailored to user behavior, preferences and local contexts.
“The result is a super hyper-personalized experience,” Moliné emphasized.
