Optimove Launches Real-Time Loyalty and Content in iGaming

During ICE 2026, Optimove announced the launch of two new global solutions focused on marketing in the iGaming sector: Optimove Loyalty and AI Content Decisioning (automated content decisioning). The products were developed to meet the challenges faced by operators in a scenario of increasing automation, growing content volume, and greater pressure for efficiency in acquisition and retention strategies.

AI Content Decisioning, an automated content decisioning solution developed as part of OptiGenie, Optimove’s artificial intelligence package, is designed to automate marketing message decisions. The tool uses real-time data to determine what content should be delivered to each customer, on which channel and at what time, in addition to performing continuous testing and optimisation. The goal is to increase the relevance of communications in highly dynamic environments, marked by rapid growth in message volume.
