Entretiempo: bplay’s New Cycle Focused on Responsible Gaming

Argentina.– February 24, 2026 – www.zonadeazar.com  On International Responsible Gaming Day, bplay launched ENTRETIEMPO,  a series hosted by TV presenter Germán Paoloski that will address topics ranging from prevention, illegal betting and cybersecurity to the digital challenges facing the industry ahead of the World Cup.

In a context where online betting is growing rapidly — along with the risks of illegality — the legal betting operator bplay introduced ENTRETIEMPO, a podcast hosted by Germán Paoloski that seeks to open an urgent conversation: how to bet legally and responsibly in an increasingly complex digital environment.

The launch took place on February 17, International Responsible Gaming Day, a date that invites reflection on limits, prevention and the key role of information in a phenomenon that combines sport, technology and digital consumption.

The first episode features Agustín Dellepiane, a psychologist specialized in techno-dependencies, who will discuss the impact of screens on young people, digital reinforcement mechanisms and the difference between adult entertainment and problematic behaviors.

“The problem is not technology itself, but the lack of information and clear limits. When there is no regulation or control, the risk increases exponentially,” explained Dellepiane. “Today we see many teenagers accessing illegal platforms without any kind of verification. Prevention begins by understanding that difference,” he added.

One of ENTRETIEMPO central pillars is precisely the distinction between legal and illegal betting. While regulated platforms in Argentina have identity validation and biometric controls supervised by the official provincial lotteries, clandestine sites operate without oversight, evade taxes and, most seriously, have no barriers to prevent minors from accessing them.

The podcast aims to debunk myths, provide practical tools and raise awareness among families, educators and users. Throughout its episodes it will address topics such as gambling addiction, mental health, cybersecurity, digital threats and problematic screen use, with invited specialists.

Available on Spotify, YouTube and the main digital platforms, the series is planned as a weekly production and seeks to establish itself as a benchmark in the field with a unique format in the industry. Awareness efforts are especially reinforced ahead of the 2026 World Cup, a period historically associated with an increase in betting activity and particularly in the operation of illegal sites.

The launch of ENTRETIEMPO is part of a broader strategy by bplay, which for years has been strengthening its preventive and awareness approach to responsible gaming. The brand currently operates in Buenos Aires City, Buenos Aires Province, Santa Fe, Jujuy, Entre Ríos, Mendoza and Córdoba, and also has a regional presence in Paraguay and Brazil, always under strict regulatory frameworks and supervision by the official authorities in each jurisdiction.

For bplay, business sustainability is directly linked to the health of its users. In this regard, the company has expanded its Responsible Gaming programs over the past year, incorporating artificial intelligence tools for early detection of risk behaviors, strengthening assistance channels and promoting clear messages about gaming as adult entertainment.

There have been several actions with strong cultural and social impact. Among them, the interview series Intuiciones, hosted by Sofía Martínez in partnership with Telefé, explored decision-making, intuition and emotion through the perspective of leading sports figures.

Likewise, campaigns such as Vidas Cruzadas, starring Emiliano “Dibu” Martínez and his brother Ale, focused on personal stories, family support and overcoming challenges. Meanwhile, the initiative Fuera del Juego, developed together with TombrasNiña, brought a direct awareness message to stadiums, with ball boys wearing bibs reading “I don’t bet” and the number 18, reinforcing the importance of protecting minors.

In this context, ENTRETIEMPO emerges as another initiative, focused on becoming a content space that brings the logic of proximity, prevention and responsibility to the podcast format, at a time when the debate on betting, screens and mental health is becoming increasingly urgent.
