Fast Track Promotes CRM Education with Immersive Workshop in SĂŁo Paulo
Brazil.- 11th March 2026 www.zonadeazar.com Within the framework of SBC Summit Rio 2026, held from March 3 to 5 at the Riocentro Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro, Zona de Azar interviewed Muriel Le Senechal, Regional Commercial Manager LATAM at Fast Track, who shared details about the immersive CRM workshop the company will host in Brazil.
The educational event will take place on March 18 and 19 in SĂŁo Paulo and aims to provide operators with advanced knowledge on CRM strategies, player retention, and data-driven decision-making.
During the interview, Le Senechal explained that the first year of Brazil’s regulated betting market was essential for companies to better understand the new landscape. However, she emphasized that the next stage for operators will depend heavily on their ability to retain players and build long-term loyalty.
According to the Fast Track executive, many companies still focus primarily on acquisition strategies, while retention and customer relationship management (CRM) will be critical for sustainable growth in the market.
The workshop in SĂŁo Paulo has been designed as an immersive and hands-on training experience, allowing participants to learn both fundamental CRM concepts and advanced strategies that have already proven successful in more mature markets such as Europe.
