Enjoy: Reorganization Causes Revenue Collapse in 2025
Chile.– April 7, 2026 – www.zonadeazar.com Enjoy reported that its revenues fell by 77.7% in 2025 after losing control of its subsidiary Casinos de Chile S.p.A.
Overview
The deconsolidation of assets and liabilities, resulting from the judicial reorganization approved in 2024, was the main factor. Revenues dropped sharply from $219,973 million in 2024 to $49,052 million.
Details / Context
Although Enjoy posted a profit of $29,718 million (reversing a loss of $172,994 million in 2024), this gain stemmed from an extraordinary accounting entry related to the loss of control of its subsidiary. EBITDA declined to $5,423 million, compared to $44,886 million the previous year. Total assets fell by 54%, while liabilities decreased by 47.8%.
Future Outlook
Although equity remains negative, it improved from -$162,355 million to -$128,156 million. However, Enjoy warns it still faces equity deficits and liquidity challenges. Its viability depends on securing financing or asset sales.
