DR Gaming Technology Appoints Koen De Wispelaere as CEO

The former Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member takes charge after more than a decade with the company.
More Than a Decade at DRGT
De Wispelaere joined DRGT in 2015 as CFO.
Since then, he has been involved in financial management, corporate strategy and the company’s international expansion.
DRGT highlighted his role in driving growth across its casino management systems and jackpot technology businesses, as well as improving operational efficiency.
Previous Experience
Before joining DRGT, De Wispelaere built experience across both gaming and finance.
He spent five years overseeing the finances of Groupe Partouche in Belgium, following another five years with PwC.
That background combined financial expertise with direct knowledge of casino operations.
Infiniti Casino Expansion
The new CEO has also been closely involved in the development of DRGT sister company Infiniti Casino.
The business has recently expanded its presence in Belgium and France, with De Wispelaere contributing to the process from an executive level.
Jurgen De Munck Remains Executive Chairman
Co-founder Jurgen De Munck will remain Group Executive Chairman.
His role will focus on the wider strategy of both DRGT and Infiniti Casino Group.
De Wispelaere will take direct responsibility for DRGT’s casino management systems and jackpot technology development and distribution business.

De Wispelaere replaces Marco Herrera as CEO.
