BiS SiGMA Joins ANALOME and Jogo Positivo for Lottery Agenda in Brazil

Brazil.- 07th August 2025 www.zonadeazar.com BiS SiGMA — a joint venture between the Brazilian iGaming Summit (BiS) and Malta-based SiGMA — announces a strategic alliance for institutional support with the National Association of Municipal Lotteries (ANALOME) and the Brazilian Positive Gaming Association (AJP) and confirms its participation in the III National Congress of Municipal Lotteries, which will take place on August 13-14 in São Paulo. The partnership integrates the leading networking and business platform for gaming, betting, and lotteries in Latin America with the body that leads the debate on public lotteries at the local level.
For Nuno Bispo, Marketing Director at BiS SiGMA, the cooperation stems from converging objectives. “The gaming and betting industry in Brazil is experiencing a period of expansion, especially in digital channels, but the legacy of lotteries remains central to this ecosystem. By supporting the Jogo Positivo and ANALOME congress, we are joining forces to reinforce this debate and share experiences that complement the work already carried out by the association and local managers,” he said.
With an estimated 200 participants, the III National Congress of Municipal Lotteries will feature panels on taxation, concession models, integrity, and economic sustainability. Executives from operators, suppliers, lawyers, and public managers will share experiences on how to structure municipal lotteries in an efficient and socially responsible manner. The program includes international case studies, expanding the regulatory repertoire of participants.
For Camilo Roma de Brito, president of ANALOME, the partnership with BiS SiGMA strengthens the entity’s mission. “Our proposal continues to be to bring together public managers, operators, and civil society to discuss the strengthening of subnational lotteries. Having BiS SiGMA—recognized for bringing decision-makers closer to the gaming, betting, and lottery ecosystem—reinforces the congress and broadens the scope of the debate, especially at a time when several city governments are evaluating sustainable models to implement their own lotteries,” he points out.
For Filipe Alves Rodrigues, creator of the National Municipal Lottery Congress and CEO of Jogo Positivo, the partnership with BiS SiGMA represents a significant milestone for the strengthening of the sector.
“We welcome this alliance with great satisfaction, as it symbolizes much more than institutional support: it is recognition of the relevance of municipal lotteries on the national scene. BiS SiGMA is today one of the leading global references in promoting networking, knowledge, and business in the gaming and betting universe. Having it by our side in this edition of the congress increases the visibility of the event, qualifies the debate, and brings municipal managers closer to experiences and solutions already consolidated in other markets. We believe that by joining forces, we can accelerate the professionalization, transparency, and sustainability of the lottery segment, ensuring that it fulfills its social and economic role with responsibility. It is a partnership that inspires confidence, fosters innovation, and opens new perspectives for the future of Brazilian municipal lotteries,” he highlights.
The cooperation movement demonstrates the sector’s effort to align public discourse around municipal lotteries. By coordinating local agendas with the international iGaming calendar, BiS SiGMA, Jogo Positivo, and ANALOME contribute to establishing consistent regulatory benchmarks, attracting private investment, and ensuring transparency for lottery products.
Registration for the III National Congress of Municipal Lotteries, to be held on August 13 and 14, 2025, can be made on the website.
