IJAN achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification and renews its management standard

IJAN concluded a comprehensive quality management improvement process by securing ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized framework for quality management systems that helps organizations meet regulatory and customer expectations while promoting continual improvement.

The organization also renewed its specific lotterial management standard IRAM/ALEA N° 19, reinforcing quality practices tailored to public gaming institutions in Argentina.

Institutional impact

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 means IJAN standardized internal workflows, reduced errors, and improved response times, enhancing trust among bettors, operators, and the public in how games are managed and social funds are allocated.

Officials emphasized that the certification extends beyond administrative compliance, promoting transparency, user protection, and international recognition for the body’s governance practices.

Leadership in quality and security
