“SAGSE Paraguay: A Key Event for Business Development”

Paraguay, June 11, 2025. — SAGSE confirmed that on August 6 and 7 this year, they will hold the fifth edition of their event, SAGSE Paraguay, at the Acaray Hotel, Casino & Convention Center in Ciudad del Este.

According to reports, the event will be divided into two distinct stages. It will kick off on Wednesday, August 6, with a day 100% dedicated to gaming room technicians, offering training on slot machine repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. These sessions will be led by executives from the main companies participating in the event.

The second day, Thursday, August 7, will feature what organizers are calling “the main course of SAGSE Paraguay”, a series of conferences and academic content tailored for regulators, casino operators, and top-level industry executives.

Topics will include comparative regulation with other jurisdictions, the urgent need to curb illegal gambling in Paraguay, as well as panels on marketing, artificial intelligence applied to the sector, neuroscience, and payment methods, among others.

“We are truly excited about the reception and feedback we are receiving from the industry. SAGSE Paraguay will be a key event for generating business between the region’s main operators and suppliers. We are very grateful for the collaboration of national and international associations that have helped with outreach, as well as the support of laboratories, several gaming operators, federations, and specialized media outlets that are committed to giving Paraguay the place it deserves on the regional events calendar,” said Alan Burak, Vice President of SAGSE.

“Our 35 years of experience carry undeniable weight at this stage, and joint work with local, international, and Paraguayan institutions will be essential to foster knowledge exchange and encourage new investments in the gaming sector in the country,” he added.

It’s worth noting that the event aims to attract executives from key markets in Latin America and the Caribbean, including participants from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, and Venezuela, among others.

“These markets are strategic for the expansion of companies in the gaming sector, and Paraguay will benefit from hosting a unique meeting point for the region’s leading industry players,” concluded Burak.
