Aristocrat Leisure has announced strong financial results for the 12 months ended 30 September 2025, driven by balanced global operations and the first full-year consolidation of NeoGames. Group revenue rose 11% to AUD 6.3 billion, while normalised NPATA increased 12% to AUD 1.6 billion.

CEO Trevor Croker highlighted Aristocrat’s consistent execution and focus on innovation:
“We achieved double-digit growth across most key metrics, illustrating the strength and resilience of our business model.”
EBITDA rose 16% to AUD 2.6 billion, reflecting efficiency and strong cash generation despite higher tax and legal expenses.
The Aristocrat Gaming segment led growth with 9% revenue and 7% profit increases, supported by strong outright sales in North America and Australia. The installed base expanded to 75,225 units (43% market share), with fee per day steady at US$ 53.23.
Key Highlights
- Product Madness: retained 21% global Social Slots share, bookings up 2% to US$ 1.2 billion, margins improving to 44.7%.
- Aristocrat Interactive: boosted by NeoGames integration, gained 3.5% US iLottery/iGaming share, 92% market access, and 74 new titles.

Outlook
The company closed FY25 with net debt of AUD 423 million and liquidity of AUD 2 billion. AUD 1.4 billion was returned to shareholders through dividends and buybacks; total dividends reached 93 cents per share (+19% YoY).
For FY26, Aristocrat expects continued NPATA growth, driven by Aristocrat Gaming share gains, Product Madness DTC expansion, and Interactive scaling toward its FY29 US$ 1 billion goal.
