Brazil: Logame and SorteNaBet Regain Licenses to Operate Online Betting

Brazil.-  June  04, 2025 www.zonadeazar.com The Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) of Brazil’s Ministry of Finance has lifted the suspension of operations for Logame do Brasil Ltda. and SorteNaBet Gaming Brasil S.A., following the submission of the required technical reports in accordance with Ordinance No. 722/2024.

Both companies, operating the brands líder.bet.br, geralbet.bet.br, and b2x.bet.br (Logame), as well as sortenabet.bet.br, betou.bet.br, and betfusion.bet.br (SorteNaBet), have demonstrated compliance with the technical requirements set by the SPA, leading to the revocation of the previously imposed suspensions.

The SPA continues to oversee regulatory compliance of online betting operators in Brazil, ensuring market integrity and transparency.
