Brazil: Reals Leads Instagram Engagement Among Betting Brands

The Milan and Coritiba sponsor reached the top spot on Instagram engagement in August, surpassing competitors and strengthening its digital presence.

According to data from Not Just Analytics and Mlabs, the company, part of the UX Group, achieved an engagement rate of 1.35%, outperforming established competitors such as Betano (1.16%), Esportes da Sorte (0.97%), Sportingbet (0.52%), and Superbet (0.16%).

Strong digital growth results

During the month, Reals recorded 151.2 million interactions across 198 posts, generating more than 1.7 million likes, 165,000 comments, 28,000 shares, and over 13,000 saves. In the same period, the platform also gained 201,000 new followers, reinforcing its digital expansion strategy. Today, the official account boasts 2.6 million followers, a significant leap from 217,000 in February 2024, when the company intensified its marketing investments.

Social media content strategy

“We are doing consistent work on social media because we know it’s a way to maintain direct communication with the public. Our goal is to mix information, entertainment, and awareness. The numbers show that we are on the right track,” said Diego Buriti, Reals’ Marketing Director.

Highlight post of the month

One of the month’s highlights was the solidarity action on August 26, when the company surprised driver Leandro Henrique Neves with a new car after he lost his work vehicle in a fire on the Marginal Pinheiros. The delivery video went viral, reaching 16.9 million views and 272,000 likes, becoming the most engaging content of the month.

A brand on the rise

With exponential growth, Reals now holds the second position among online betting and gaming brands with the most Instagram followers in Brazil, within a universe of more than 200 licensed operators. Its leadership in engagement reinforces its position as one of the most relevant and customer-focused brands in the Brazilian sports betting market.
