Entain Appoints Pierre Bouchut as Permanent Chairman

Isle of Man – August 13, 2025 – www.zonadeazar.com – Entain has announced Pierre Bouchut as its permanent non-executive chairman, following six months in the interim role. The appointment takes effect immediately.

From Interim to Permanent Leadership

Bouchut has been a member of Entain’s Board since December 2023 and became interim chairman in February 2025, after Stella David was named interim CEO to replace Gavin Isaacs.
David’s appointment became permanent in April, and now Bouchut’s leadership is also confirmed.
