With 28+ years of experience, Baungartner will lead relations with key institutions like SPA, Federal Revenue, Central Bank, and COAF, and guide the group through Brazil’s evolving regulatory landscape.

“We aim to lead with legal compliance, best practices, and innovation,” said Baungartner. CEO Darwin Filho emphasized Hugo’s technical and strategic expertise to drive sustainable growth.

Baungartner will also oversee partnerships, M&A opportunities, and international expansion.

The group also announced a new main sponsorship deal with Ferroviária, returning to Brazil’s Série B. The debut of the jersey with Esportes da Sorte’s logo took place on April 17 against Atlético-GO, strengthening its position in national football.
