During ICE Barcelona 2026, Zona de Azar interviewed Anna Shahumyan, Business Development Manager at Tom Horn Gaming, who detailed the provider’s priorities at one of the most important events on the global gaming and betting calendar.
Shahumyan explained that her agenda at ICE was marked by three central objectives: reconnecting with current customers, strengthening ties with colleagues and partners with whom they work remotely, and keeping up to date with market developments through direct contact.
“It is key not only to close new deals, but also to build trusting relationships with our existing partners. Face-to-face networking remains fundamental in this industry,” she said.

New ideas, a revamped portfolio, and a strengthened team
When asked about the main developments that Tom Horn Gaming brought to the show, Shahumyan clarified that beyond the launch of new games, the company is implementing strategic changes based on actively listening to operators.
“We are trying new things, incorporating fresh ideas, and adapting our offering to what operators really need to keep players satisfied,” she explained.
She also highlighted the internal growth of the team and the strength of commercial planning with current and new partners: “Our team has become much stronger. We have a clear plan with our existing partners and are very happy to welcome new alliances.”
A message for the Zona de Azar audience
To close the interview, Shahumyan left a message that went beyond business and pointed to the human side of the sector.
Addressing the Zona de Azar audience, he invited them to act with empathy and respect in every professional interaction: “Be kind and patient with the people you work with. We never know what the other person is going through. It’s important to simply be human.”
