Brazil’s state lottery operator, Loterias Caixa, has announced a public tender to acquire a software solution designed to assess player behavior risk and detect signs of problem gambling.

The goal is to integrate an intelligent system that monitors user activity and sends custom alerts to identify patterns linked to problematic gaming behavior and support preventive action.

The new system will support proactive player protection

The software will be deployed under a service model, fully integrated with Caixa’s operational structure. It must be capable of individualized analysis, detecting early warning signs and enabling data-driven strategies for responsible gaming interventions.

This initiative is part of a broader corporate responsibility policy and ties into the upcoming launch of Caixa’s online sports betting platform.

Loterias Caixa confirms its readiness to enter the betting market

Lucíola Aor Vasconcelos, CEO of Loterias Caixa, recently confirmed that the company has met all legal requirements to offer online gaming and sports betting services in Brazil.

“We are WLA Level 3 certified, which ensures compliance with responsible gaming standards. For sports betting, we will go even further. We are aligned with all regulations and committed to player protection, anti-money laundering, and ethical advertising,” she stated.

Caixa is now fully prepared to launch its sports betting operation in 2025, reinforcing its role as a key player in Brazil’s regulated iGaming market.
