Neymar plays in BSOP Winter Millions in São Paulo

Brazil, August 6, 2025 – www.zonadeazar.com  Santos FC star Neymar Jr. took his poker hobby to the next level by entering the BSOP Winter Millions, a stage of the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) held at the WTC Sheraton São Paulo.

Three days of action and R$53,500 in winnings

Finishing in 29th place, Neymar walked away with R$53,500 after three intense days of play. As usual, the football star showed that poker is more than just a pastime for him.

A highly competitive tournament

  • 129 players entered
  • Only 31 made it to round 3
  • Top prize: R$1.5 million

Neymar entered Day 2 with the second-largest stack of 1,155,000 chips, behind only Gil Morgensztern. He ended the night with 730,000 chips.

The event featured over 60 tournaments in 9 days, attracting players from across Brazil and beyond, including:

  • Cristian Aquino (2 golds, 1 silver)
  • Will Arruda (1st circuit trophy)
