Strong Background in Banking, Fintech and Digital Innovation

The new CTO brings more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership across banking, fintech, SaaS platforms, and AI-driven innovation. He previously served as Head of Innovation at Swedbank, where he led digital initiatives across lending, payments, APIs, and digital channels.

He also held senior roles at Entercard Group, managing critical technology infrastructure and large-scale payment operations across Nordic markets.

Entrepreneurial Experience and Global Platform Development

In addition to his corporate background, Youssef has founded and scaled several international technology platforms, building distributed engineering teams and digital infrastructure across Europe and Asia.

In recent years, he has contributed to AI and sustainability initiatives, including projects such as Circular Living and Biotonomy, focused on AI, IoT, and Edge AI applications for intelligent environments.

At QTech Games, Youssef will focus on strengthening the company’s technology foundations, enhancing AI-driven functionality, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver greater value to partners.
